Position: Administrator

Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday)

Rate:£12.50 - £15 per hour, depending on experience

Type: Temporary (immediately available) with the possibility to go permanent for the right candidate

We are excited to announce that our client is seeking a skilled and highly organised Administrator to join their team in Washington, Pulborough. Due to the location of the position, you must have access to your own transport.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Booking flights and travel arrangements
  • Scheduling and booking meetings
  • Managing diaries and calendar coordination
  • Performing general administrative duties
  • Providing personal assistant (PA) support as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • You must have access to your own transport due to the location
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
