Join a dynamic and leading company in the Civil Engineering and Construction industry as a Contract Support Administrator. This role is based in Pulborough and offers a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £30,000 based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assessing and completing qualifying questionnaires

- Compiling essential month-end client reports

- Efficiently managing in-house systems and schedules

- Creating crucial job numbers and safety processes

- Streamlining invoice processing and maintaining accurate records

- Assisting with annual COSHH and Policy reviews, as well as updating necessary folders

- Handling and processing valuable client feedback

- Coding invoices for approval and accurately inputting them into Sage

- Managing and elevating social media presence by creating engaging posts and sharing captivating photos

- Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with managers, skilled workers, customers, and suppliers
