- Oversee project management for civil engineering and construction projects.
- Liaise with developers, suppliers, and contractors to schedule works & ensure project completion.
- Create new jobs and maintain updates via the company's CRM system.
- Assist in managing health and safety documentation, including COSHH assessments and policy reviews.
- Manage and allocate invoices to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Previous experience in construction or scheduling roles.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and administrative processes.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 pa, depending on experience.
- Full-time, permanent hours - Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
