Our client, a leading engineering construction company, is seeking a Contract Support Administrator to join their dynamic team in Pulborough. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to play a pivotal role in supporting civil engineering and construction projects.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee project management for civil engineering and construction projects.
  • Liaise with developers, suppliers, and contractors to schedule works & ensure project completion.
  • Create new jobs and maintain updates via the company's CRM system.
  • Assist in managing health and safety documentation, including COSHH assessments and policy reviews.
  • Manage and allocate invoices to ensure smooth financial operations.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Previous experience in construction or scheduling roles.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and administrative processes.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
