Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Band 6 Cardiac Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team at St Richard's Hospital in Chichester. This role offers the opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality cardiac rehabilitation services to our diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive cardiac rehabilitation programs, including assessment, treatment planning, and exercise prescription.

  • Collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.

  • Educate patients and their families on lifestyle modifications and self-management strategies.

  • Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives within the department.

Key Requirements:
  • Degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

  • Proven experience in cardiac rehabilitation or a related clinical area.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
