My client in West Sussex is seeking a Business Analyst to enhance business processes and systems through data analysis and recommendations.
The role requires a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst, with strong knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Sprint planning.
Candidates should also have experience using Confluence and Jira, and possess excellent communication and project management skills.
The position offers a salary of £40,000 to £50,000, along with benefits including 33 days of paid holiday, a birthday off, and a pension plan.
This is a hybrid working position, requiring 2 days per week in the office.

Business Analyst Essential Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst
Solid experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Sprint planning, etc.)
Experience with Confluence and Jira
Ability to collaborate, establish and maintain a strong professional relationship with team members, and department contacts
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is necessary
Strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills
Educated to degree level in a relevant IT subject matter or appropriate business experience
