Role Description:

Bridge Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Contract Cleaning Manager to join the Team of one of our clients, a well-established, family-run comprehensive cleaning solutions provider with hundreds of clients across the UK. As Contract Cleaning Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out daily quality supervision of facilities, as well as training and developing teams establishing good working practices to heighten positive customer experience interactions. The ideal Contract Cleaning Manager will have previous experience in a similar role, will be flexible to meet the needs of the business and will be well-versed when it comes to cleaning processes and equipment. This is a great opportunity to join a Team who are dedicated to providing a first-class service to its clients, while being committed to supporting the training and development of its own workforce.

Requirements:

  • Computer literacy in Excel, Word & Outlook

  • Competence with full range of cleaning processes and use of all cleaning equipment

  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels, both verbally and in writing with clients, client’s customers, colleagues and line managers

  • Appreciation of industry safety standards and procedures and the ability to learn new skills and techniques

  • Receptive to new ideas and look for innovative methods / practices to improve customer service and our service delivery

  • Reliable and hardworking with a professional, positive attitude
