Role Description:
Bridge Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Contract Cleaning Manager to join the Team of one of our clients, a well-established, family-run comprehensive cleaning solutions provider with hundreds of clients across the UK. As Contract Cleaning Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out daily quality supervision of facilities, as well as training and developing teams establishing good working practices to heighten positive customer experience interactions. The ideal Contract Cleaning Manager will have previous experience in a similar role, will be flexible to meet the needs of the business and will be well-versed when it comes to cleaning processes and equipment. Requirements:

Computer literacy in Excel, Word & Outlook

Competence with full range of cleaning processes and use of all cleaning equipment

Able to communicate effectively at all levels, both verbally and in writing with clients, client’s customers, colleagues and line managers

Appreciation of industry safety standards and procedures and the ability to learn new skills and techniques
