Are you passionate about developing Early Careers? Our client, a market leading organisation based in Sussex, is seeking an enthusiastic Early Careers Specialist to join their team, working on a part time basis across 4 days ideally. This is an exciting opportunity to drive talent and shape the future of their early careers programmes.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the Early Careers strategy, working closely with the senior management teams to ensure the right talent pipelines are in place for future success.
  • Manage end-to-end processes for annual programmes, including attraction, recruitment, and development of graduates, year in industry, and apprentices.
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team to ensure the successful implementation of the programme and provide upskilling and support.
  • Create and develop the Employer Branding of Early Careers, fostering engagement and connection with alumni.
  • Analyse and report on programme performance, using data and evidence to drive improvement and evolution.
  • Monitor the performance of all Early Careers individuals, providing coaching and development support as needed.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, continuously looking for ways to enhance delivery, efficiency, and employee experience.
  • Advise key stakeholders on people-related topics related to the Early Careers population.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience managing and developing early careers programmes, including end-to-end management from Talent Acquisition to programme delivery.
  • Proven proficiency in running Early Careers schemes.
  • CIPD qualifications would be beneficial.
  • Experience adapting to continuously changing and evolving environments.
  • Ability to understand and utilise HR systems.
