Customer Relations Manager | West Sussex | £40,000 - £45,000 + Bonus

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Relations Manager to join a brand-new luxury care home opening in West Sussex. This is a fantastic chance to be part of a growing, award-winning care provider that prides itself on delivering high-quality, person-centred care in a beautifully designed setting.

About the Role

As the Customer Relations Manager, you will play a key role in driving occupancy for this new home, ensuring a smooth transition for residents and their families. You'll be responsible for generating enquiries, building strong relationships within the local community, and providing an exceptional customer experience from the first enquiry to move-in.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with local hospitals, GPs, and community organisations to drive referrals.
  • Manage enquiry pipelines and proactively follow up with prospective residents and families.
  • Lead marketing and engagement activities, including networking events, open days, and community partnerships.
  • Guide families through the decision-making process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Achieve and exceed occupancy targets, with a performance-based bonus per move-in.
  • Work collaboratively with the Home Manager and wider team to ensure the home's reputation is upheld.

About You:

  • Proven experience in sales, customer relations, or business development, within the luxury care home sector.
  • Strong networking skills and experience in building partnerships with local businesses and healthcare professionals.
  • Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and supporting families through their care journey.
  • Confident, proactive, and results-driven, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the West Sussex area and local care market
