Are you a civil engineering construction contracts manager looking for a new challenge?

Our client has over 24 years' experience successfully delivering projects within civil engineering and construction. This role for a Contracts Manager joins the senior leadership team and has the opportunity to further progress within the organisation. Based in West Sussex and managing projects mainly in Sussex with some projects in the surrounding counties you will be oversee 3-5 live construction projects, with the value up to £4 million, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and high-quality standards.

Your key responsibilities will include preparing tender documents, managing resources, developing health and safety plans, conducting site inspections, and monitoring project costs. Frequent site visits are required to ensure all project requirements and standards are met.
