A leading UK airport is seeking a Planner to support Construction and Infrastructure projects within its sustainability team. This role involves managing project schedules, monitoring progress, and providing technical planning support for projects up to £50m.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain project schedules with clear milestones.
- Monitor progress, identify critical activities, and update schedules as needed.
- Assess contractor schedules, ensuring alignment with project baselines.
- Conduct delay analysis and evaluate compensation events.
- Prepare progress reports and performance assessments.
- Degree in construction, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in project planning (preferably on projects over £10m).
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Excel.
- Familiarity with NEC contracts and live operational environments.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
