CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS MANAGER - CIVIL ENGINEERING
SUSSEX BASED
PERMANENT POSITION
80 - 90K BASED ON EXPERIENCE + ATTRACTIVE PACKAGE


Our client has been successfully delivering projects within civil engineering and construction for 20 years, during this time have developed long term relationships based on the high levels of quality and service they provide.

This role for a Contracts Manager joins the senior leadership team and has the opportunity to further progress within the organisation. Based in West Sussex and managing projects mainly in Sussex, with some projects in the surrounding counties, you will be oversee 3-5 live construction projects, with the value up to 5M

You will be able to evidence a solid track record operating at a management level on multimillion pound sites and will have a clear commitment to quality, teamwork and delivering projects on time and within budget. Your key responsibilities will include preparing tender documents, managing resources, developing health and safety plans, conducting site inspections, and monitoring project costs.
