Deployment Lead required by International Airline to deliver competency based training and assessment (CBTA) to pilots across a range of global airlines. You will lead a team of subject matter experts, determine needs, review the current pilot training and gather data to provide detailed reports.
Essential Experience: You will have held a commercial pilot licence and ideally held a management position in Airline Flight Operations or Training. Possess an understanding of pilot training regulatory requirements. Understand the principles of CBTA. Demonstrable ability to lead a team and display credibility in presentation and communication. Requires extensive pilot instructional background (3 years+). Track record delivering complex projects.
NB: This role involves significant global travel (50%). You should have NO travel restrictions. The role can be performed virtually / remote, however it is advisable that you live within commutable distance of a major international airport.
