Role Overview:

As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth and exceptional service delivery. You will handle customer queries, manage schedules, and support the team in a variety of tasks to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Manage schedules and diaries for assigned areas
  • Handle quotes, pricing queries, and convert opportunities as per company policies
  • Assist colleagues during peak periods to maintain high service levels
  • Ensure accuracy in handling information, especially related to prices and documentation

About You:

  • Previous experience in a customer-focused office environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when it comes to numerical and grammatical accuracy
