Head of Digital Performance Marketing

Location: Brighton - flexi hybrid working

This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead on all performance marketing activities, owning the budget and strategy. You'll collaborate with in-house teams across CRM, CRO, Analytics, and Design, while also managing external lead generation and performance marketing agencies to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and scale high-quality lead generation.
  • Oversee third-party lead generation partnerships, optimizing ROI, and identifying new partners.
  • Create and execute marketing strategies across Paid Search, Social Media, and Affiliates.
  • Manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social platforms (Meta, TikTok).
  • Handle a significant acquisition budget, focusing on maximizing ROI and growth.
  • Work closely with sales, CRM, analytics, and digital teams to optimize campaigns.
  • Manage affiliate networks to secure 1st party leads.
  • Contribute to CRM strategy, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrable experience in digital performance marketing (agency or in-house).
  • Demonstrable hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
  • Strong background in paid search, social, campaign management, and performance budget control.
  • Experience managing third-party lead generation and performance marketing agencies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to manage large datasets and derive actionable insights.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple channels and campaigns simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communicator with a passion for driving marketing performance and delivering measurable results.
