Morson Talent are recruiting for a Technical Trainer for a leading aerospace client, based in LGW. This role is essential to delivering and improving technical training programs for Part 145 staff, ensuring the highest industry standards across all areas of technical training, including essential areas such as Human Factors, Fuel Tank Safety, and Electrical Wiring Interconnection Systems (EWIS).

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct, design, and analyse training needs and content.
  • Lead the development, delivery, and evaluation of technical training.
  • Oversee creation of course materials, lesson plans, and training aids.
  • Ensure effective delivery across various formats (classroom, eLearning, virtual).
  • Prepare and improve technical training courses to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure training aligns with company standards and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Hold a UK/EASA Part 66 Licence or equivalent Aerospace Engineering qualifications.
  • Experience in aircraft technical training and familiarity with EASA regulations.
  • Strong background in an MRO or aircraft engineering environment.
  • Skilled in coaching, communication, and problem-solving under deadlines.
  • Proficient in Office 365 and constructive feedback on compliance.
