Are you looking to be part of an exciting and dynamic team, providing Special Purpose Machinery solutions to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and Automotive markets? Look no further! My client is a rapidly growing company specialising in laboratory robotic and automation equipment and software.
Due to the company's continued growth, there is a requirement to onboard an Electrical Design Engineer. This candidate will play a leading role in the design and control system architecture, primarily associated with their main product offering. You'll also work in conjunction with the Mechanical & Automation Engineering and R&D teams, in the development of current machines, and the design of new machines with a particular focus on all aspects of electrical design.
What we would like from the Electrical Design Engineer:
- BSc degree in Electrical Design and/or Electrical Design Engineering expertise
(Other technical qualifications considered)
- Experience in Electrical Design role (Ideally 4+ years)
- Experience with industry machinery within a technical environment
- Strong design package, ideally SolidWorks Electrical design capabilities
- Knowledge of PLC / PAC software development
