Location: RH20, West Sussex
Shift: Full Time, Day Shift
Pay Rate: £12.50 - £13.50 per hour (depending on experience)

Duties & Responsibilities:
•    Use of small hand tools and power tools for detailed assembly tasks
•    Soldering and assembling high-quality components
•    Working from engineering drawings to ensure accurate builds
•    Carrying out quality checks throughout the process to meet strict industry standards
•    Collaborating with the wider production team to meet daily targets

What We're Looking For:
•    A qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering OR relevant hands-on experience in assembly, production or manufacturing
•    Good attention to detail and ability to work from technical drawings
•    Comfortable working in a structured, quality-focused environment
•    A proactive and reliable approach to teamwork and deadlines
