This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned financial leader or an ambitious Finance leader ready to step up into a broader, more strategic role.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's long-term growth objectives
  • Oversee all aspects of financial planning and analysis
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the central accounting team
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Manage the preparation and presentation of financial statements and reports
  • Analyse financial performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Work closely with the CEO to shape the company's strategic direction
  • Manage relationships external bodies

  • Oversee the company's investment activities and manage the due diligence process

Who we're looking for:

  • A fully qualified finance professional (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with significant post-qualification experience
  • A strong track record in financial management, strategic planning, and risk mitigation
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to solve systems challenges quickly
  • A confident leader, capable of managing investor relations and guiding financial decisions
