We are working with a forward-thinking, continuously growing organisation, who is seeking a strategic and commercially savvy CFO to join its leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned financial leader or an ambitious Finance leader ready to step up into a broader, more strategic role.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's long-term growth objectives
- Oversee all aspects of financial planning and analysis
- Provide leadership and guidance to the central accounting team
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Manage the preparation and presentation of financial statements and reports
- Analyse financial performance and identify areas for improvement
- Work closely with the CEO to shape the company's strategic direction
- Manage relationships external bodies
- Oversee the company's investment activities and manage the due diligence process
Who we're looking for:
- A fully qualified finance professional (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with significant post-qualification experience
- A strong track record in financial management, strategic planning, and risk mitigation
- Tech-savvy with the ability to solve systems challenges quickly
- A confident leader, capable of managing investor relations and guiding financial decisions
