Finance ManagerSalary: £60,000 + Bonus / BenefitsLocation: West Sussex (2 days in office, 3 days remote)
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day financial operations including AP invoicing, payroll, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management.

Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and compliance with GAAP and IFRS.

Manage financial reporting, including monthly and annual reports, financial forecasting, and strategy suggestions.

Lead financial analysis, including forecasting and variance analysis, to support management decisions.

Lead preparation of statutory accounts and manage the audit process, ensuring timely submission and compliance.

Oversee treasury activities, including cash flow forecasting, working capital management, and credit control.

Implement process improvements, ensuring efficient and compliant financial systems, and act as an advisor to senior management on financial strategy.

Review procurement processes, enhance internal controls, and develop financial models for pricing.
Essential Requirements:

7-10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.

Proficiency in IFRS, GAAP, and financial systems.

Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.

Accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
Preferred:

External audit experience and a strong understanding of financial statement risks.

Ability to advise on financial uncertainties and market changes.
