I am recruiting for a Financial Reporting Manager to join one of the most prestigious organisations in West Sussex. This is a 12-month fixed term contract opportunity requiring a January 2025 start date.

The role is hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 from home, however candidates must have flexibility around this depending on the business needs.

As a Financial Reporting Manager, you will be at the forefront of financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulatory standards. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in accounting and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.
* Ensure all financial reports comply with regulatory requirements.
* Manage the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.
* Provide insightful financial analysis to support senior management decisions.
* Develop and enhance financial reporting systems and internal controls.
* Supervise and mentor a team of financial analysts.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives.
* Strong Business Partnering skills as well as internal and external stakeholder management is key.

Qualifications:

* ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified.
* At least 3 years of experience in financial reporting or a similar role.
* In-depth knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and regulatory requirements.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office.
* Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
