Job Description:
As an Encapsulation Technician, you will play a key role in the assembly of electro-mechanical products, specifically focusing on the encapsulation process.
You will be responsible for all aspects of mechanical assembly work, including pouring, sealing, priming, and conformal coating of assemblies. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments, following procedures to ensure high standards in product quality and production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
路 Conduct all aspects of mechanical assembly work related to the encapsulation process.
路 Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of encapsulation machines, compressors, vacuum pumps, and spray booth equipment.
路 Plan, progress, and coordinate workload in line with the production schedule and requirements from internal customers (e.g., repair and design departments).
路 Raise production paperwork, including non-compliance/rework records and stores requisitions.
路 Ensure quality procedures and ESD requirements are met for all build and workmanship standards.
路 Maintain cleanliness and improve housekeeping in the work area.
路 Work independently, using BOMs and drawings to complete tasks.
路 Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
路 Adhere to ISO9001 Quality, ISO14001 Environmental Management, and Health and Safety standards.
Key Requirements:
路 Knowledge of electronic component recognition.
路 Strong understanding of mechanical assembly procedures and processes.
路 An appreciation for modern manufacturing techniques.
路 Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
