Job Title: Lifting Operations Specialist  
Location: Crawley + Surrounding Area's
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + Car + Benefits
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent
MUST HAVES: CPCS A61 Blue card / Proven experience in lifting operations.

The Role: 
As a Lifting Operations Specialist, you will be at the heart of planning and overseeing safe lifting operations, ensuring excellence at every stage. Key responsibilities include:  
- Conducting site visits to assess lifting requirements and provide bespoke solutions tailored to project needs.  
- Preparing detailed method statements, risk assessments, and technical drawings using AutoCAD.  
- Collaborating closely with clients to fully understand their challenges and deliver effective, compliant lifting plans.  
- Ensuring all lifting operations meet the highest Health & Safety standards and regulations.  
- Taking full ownership of projects, from initial planning through to successful completion.

What You’ll Bring:  
- A CPCS A61 Appointed Person qualification (Blue Card holder preferred).  
- Proven experience in lifting operations and producing high-quality lifting plans.  
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and a strong understanding of Health & Safety compliance.  
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while liaising effectively with clients and teams.
