We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Head Housekeeper to lead our client’s housekeeping team in Petersfield. The successful candidate will be energetic, enthusiastic, and possess a positive attitude to set the standard for the rest of the staff. This role is key to ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the property, maintaining high levels of service. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and have experience managing a team. A driver is required as you will need a car to commute to and from work. The position offers flexibility, with both live-in and live-out accommodation options available.
As Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the team, ensuring that all areas of the property are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. You will manage staff schedules and ensure that the team works efficiently while maintaining quality. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventories of cleaning supplies and equipment.
The client is looking for someone to join the team for the long term, so as well as having prior experience in a similar role, it is crucial that you enjoy countryside living and the lifestyle that comes with it.

Days: Monday-Friday, with some weekend work
