Description

As the Payroll Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and managing the payroll function for the company.
  • Overseeing the pensions operations within the company.
  • Ensuring complete and accurate records of all payroll transactions.
  • Keeping up to date with relevant laws and regulations impacting payroll and pensions.
  • Working closely with the Finance department to ensure smooth payroll operations.
  • Preparing detailed reports on payroll and pensions for senior management.
  • Addressing and resolving any issues or discrepancies related to payroll and pensions.
  • Implementing and maintaining payroll best practices to improve efficiency and consult with senior management regarding the implementation of new processes.
