Description
As the Payroll Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and managing the payroll function for the company.
- Overseeing the pensions operations within the company.
- Ensuring complete and accurate records of all payroll transactions.
- Keeping up to date with relevant laws and regulations impacting payroll and pensions.
- Working closely with the Finance department to ensure smooth payroll operations.
- Preparing detailed reports on payroll and pensions for senior management.
- Addressing and resolving any issues or discrepancies related to payroll and pensions.
- Implementing and maintaining payroll best practices to improve efficiency and consult with senior management regarding the implementation of new processes.
