The Role
My client is on the hunt for a passionate HR Generalist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves wearing multiple HR hats. You’ll be the go-to person for all things people, culture, and compliance, ensuring their team is supported, engaged, and thriving.
What You’ll Do
? Employee Relations - Be the friendly face for HR queries, resolving issues with fairness and professionalism.? Recruitment & Onboarding - Attract top talent and make sure new hires feel at home from day one.? HR Compliance & Policies - Keep the company legally compliant while making sure their policies are people-friendly.? Performance & Development - Support managers in developing their teams and driving performance.? Culture & Engagement - Drive initiatives that make the company an awesome place to work.? HR Administration - Keep their HRIS up to date and handle contracts, payroll support, and other key admin tasks.
What We’re Looking For
?? HR experience - At least 3 years in a similar generalist role.?? People-first mindset - You genuinely care about employee well-being.?? Knowledge of UK employment law - You keep us compliant without killing the vibe.?? Communication skills - You can handle tough conversations with tact and clarity.?? Tech-savvy - Comfortable using HR systems and modern digital tools.?? CIPD Level 5+ (or equivalent) - A plus but not essential if you’ve got solid experience.
