Job Description:We are seeking a certified Adobe LMS Architect / Team Manager to lead the design, implementation and management of our Adobe Learning Manager (ALM) platform. This on-site role requires working closely with the customer to architect scalable learning solutions, optimize system performance and ensure seamless integration with enterprise tools. Additionally, you will coordinate efforts with offshore teams, ensuring alignment and efficiency in LMS operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a scalable Adobe Learning Manager (ALM) architecture.
  • Work on-site with the customer to understand business needs and provide hands-on support.
  • Configure, customize and integrate ALM with third-party platforms and enterprise tools.
  • Lead and mentor a team of LMS administrators and developers.
  • Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure smooth project execution and support.
  • Ensure system security, compliance and a seamless user experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance learning workflows, automation and reporting.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve LMS-related issues efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Adobe Learning Manager Certification (Required).
  • Extensive experience with Adobe Learning Manager (Captivate Prime).
  • Strong expertise in LMS architecture, administration and integrations (API, SSO, SCORM, xAPI).
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams, including offshore coordination.
  • Ability to work on-site with customers and build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and e-learning best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
