Are you passionate about creating efficient HR processes and systems? Our client is seeking a talented People Officer with a passion for systems and processes to join their Group People function. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the overall success and growth of the organisation by ensuring a cohesive and efficient employee life cycle experience for a range of newly acquired businesses across the UK.

Please note this role will be predominately home based with some travel to the newly acquired businesses across the UK as and when required.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the mapping, creation and implementation of employee life cycle processes across the company.
  • Implement key employee life cycle processes and ensure ongoing maintenance and review.
  • Communicate processes and changes with key stakeholders.
  • Implement and maintain the HRIS and support systems integration.
  • Automate processes through the HRIS and/or Power BI, driving efficiency.
  • Coordinating recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Providing guidance to managers on policy and process compliance.
  • Preparing monthly payroll submissions and generating key HR metrics reports.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Solid HR experience with a focus on implementing and automating HR processes and systems.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement principles and the ability to identify areas for enhancement.
  • Change management skills to effectively deliver and communicate changes.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
  • Customer service-oriented with a focus on providing an excellent employee experience.
  • Preferably attained or working towards the CIPD qualification.
