About you
As Team Leader, you will be a natural guide, bringing your experience of motivating and guiding a dedicated team. Acting as the main point of contact for a team of Account Handlers, you will ensure smooth operations, foster collaboration, and help your team achieve their full potential while delivering exceptional service to the clients.Â
Supporting the MD, you will conduct 1-2-1 meetings, performance reviews, training and mentoring sessions whilst adhering to the internal processes and compliance. You will bring a strong track record in team leading/managing within a commercial insurance setting. With a strong focus on clear communication, problem-solving, and mutual respect, you will bring people together to overcome challenges and achieve shared goals.
