We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Architectural Technologist who thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality working drawings while ensuring full compliance with the latest UK Building Regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 3 years' experience in the UK Architectural industry to take their career to the next level.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the UK Architectural industry
- Relevant Architectural Technologist degree qualification
- Extensive knowledge of current UK planning policies, Building Regulations, materials, and construction techniques
- Experience working across all RIBA stages
- Proficiency in Revit/BIM is essential
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Strong communication skills for presenting information to stakeholders
- A genuine passion for design and upskilling towards the latest advancements in Architecture
This successful Architectural Technologist will be offered a competitive salary between 35,000 - 45,000, dependent on experience, as well as comprehensive support for your ongoing professional development.
