The Role - Residential Property Solicitor (2+ PQE):The firm is seeking a driven and personable Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2 years PQE. This role is ideal for those looking to manage a diverse caseload while contributing to a progressive and collaborative team.
The Team and Culture:The Residential Property team is a tight-knit, highly skilled group advising on all aspects of property transactions. The firm is a recommended solicitor for major housebuilders across the South East, providing an interesting and varied caseload. You'll work directly with clients, maintaining consistent communication and ensuring transparency at every stage of the conveyancing process. The firm values career development and provides regular training to stay at the forefront of industry changes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a diverse caseload including freehold/leasehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Serve as the direct point of contact for clients, ensuring regular updates and transparency.
- Provide accurate quotes and fee estimates.
- Ensure all transactions comply with relevant regulations and AML requirements.
- Collaborate with external professionals, estate agents, and lenders.
- Promote the firm's services through professional and social media channels.
