The Role - Residential Property Solicitor (2+ PQE):

The firm is seeking a driven and personable Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2 years PQE. This role is ideal for those looking to manage a diverse caseload while contributing to a progressive and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse caseload including freehold/leasehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
