Are you a Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer, Production Engineer or similar looking to join a close-knit business in a varied cross-departmental role, where you will be invested in with fantastic training to develop your technical ability and thrive in this great environment? On offer is the chance to join a growing business with a great culture, looking to expand their friendly team by offering a position that plays a vital role across multiple areas of the business and will allow you to become a technical expert in a highly specialist industry.This company have been established for over 40 years, specialising in design and manufacture of mechatronic products for industrial, scientific and R&D applications. This is a new role in the business to facilitate their growth plans.In this role you will have a varied position across multiple departments in the business. You will develop and implement manufacturing processes for production, work to improve efficiency and increase overall quality. The role would be perfect for someone from a Manufacturing / production background with a focus on process, such as Manufacturing Engineer, Production Engineer, Process Engineer, Continuous Improvement Engineer, or similar. Industry training will be provided.The Role:

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 17:00pm
  • Development and implementation of manufacturing processes
  • Improvements to efficiency and quality
  • Working cross-departmentally

The Person:

  • Worked in a Manufacturing/ Production environment
  • Worked as a Manufacturing Engineer or similar process driven role
  • Full industry training provided
