Job Description:

We are recruiting an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join the team at East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust. This role involves general Occupational Therapy duties across acute care, rehabilitation, and discharge planning. The successful candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care and assist in managing transitions from hospital to home or further rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialised Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions in acute, rehabilitation, and discharge planning settings.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create and implement individualised care plans.

Requirements:

  • HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist.
