As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of educational settings, gaining valuable experience and making a positive impact on students' learning journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to teachers in delivering high-quality lessons.
- Assist students with their learning activities, ensuring they stay engaged and on task.
- Support students with special educational needs (SEN) and adapt learning materials as needed.
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Supervise students during break times and school activities.
- Assist with administrative tasks and classroom organization.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools and classrooms.
- A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed.
