We are seeking a Principal Psychologist to join our dynamic team, working remotely across the UK with occasional travel to services as needed. This role offers 28 hours per week with the option of full-time, part-time, or job sharing arrangements. What you will do:

  • Provide supervision and leadership to Brain Injury Linkworkers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality neurorehabilitation to individuals in prison and probation settings.
  • Develop and maintain service delivery protocols, contributing to ongoing service evaluation and research.
  • Deliver training on Brain Injury Awareness to professionals within the criminal justice system and promote the service at events and conferences.
  • Collaborate closely with the consultant clinical neuropsychologist and BIL project manager to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Offer strategic and professional leadership to the multidisciplinary team, interpreting professional policies to meet high-quality standards.
  • Conduct expert clinical consultations and provide guidance to clinical staff across our organisation.
  • Foster innovation and evidence-based practices within our neuropsychological services.
