Principal Psychologist - Remote UKAre you an innovative psychologist eager to make a real difference? This role offers 28 hours per week with the option of full-time, part-time, or job sharing arrangements. What you will do:
- Provide supervision and leadership to Brain Injury Linkworkers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality neurorehabilitation to individuals in prison and probation settings.
- Develop and maintain service delivery protocols, contributing to ongoing service evaluation and research.
- Deliver training on Brain Injury Awareness to professionals within the criminal justice system and promote the service at events and conferences.
- Collaborate closely with the consultant clinical neuropsychologist and BIL project manager to ensure effective service delivery.
- Offer strategic and professional leadership to the multidisciplinary team, interpreting professional policies to meet high-quality standards.
- Conduct expert clinical consultations and provide guidance to clinical staff across our organisation.
- Foster innovation and evidence-based practices within our neuropsychological services.
