  • Develop and implement strategies to maximise income, reduce costs, and optimise asset performance.
  • Negotiate with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders to secure favourable agreements and maintain positive relationships.
  • Provide professional advice on property matters to support the organisation's goals and objectives.
  • Ensure the portfolio aligns with sustainability targets and supports economic development initiatives.

Profile

  • Holds professional qualifications as a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS or equivalent) with relevant commercial property experience.
  • Possesses strong knowledge of property legislation, valuation, lease management, and asset optimisation strategies.
  • Demonstrates excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
