Profile
- Holds professional qualifications as a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS or equivalent) with relevant commercial property experience.
- Possesses strong knowledge of property legislation, valuation, lease management, and asset optimisation strategies.
- Demonstrates excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Has a proven track record of delivering income growth, cost efficiencies, and strategic property outcomes.
