The Role:

We are looking for a candidate who can make their mark and achieve category growth and optimal product offerings. Here’s how:

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with customers to unlock new opportunities.
  • Deliver recommendations for optimal distribution, range, space, and merchandising layouts for the category.
  • Analyse, review and validate key commercial activities related to the customer’s category.
  • Manage own brand innovation ranges and identify customer-specific opportunities.
  • Support budgeting, tracking, and reporting processes to ensure financial success.
  • Maximise ROI and deliver KPIs for site-based business teams.
  • Drive best-in-class ways of working within the commercial team.

About You:

  • Strong background in Category Management, particularly within FMCG, with a solid understanding of the UK retail landscape.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficient with space planning and insights tools like JDA, Nielsen, and Kantar.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a collaborative and purpose-driven culture.
