Sales Account Manager

Salary - Up to 30,000 plus bonus.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Account Manager to join our client's dynamic team in West Sussex. As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients. If you have a passion for sales and a proven track record in account management, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

This role is fully remote, however you will need your own transport as you will need to occasionally visit clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring highest levels of customer satisfaction
  • Identify and target new business opportunities to drive sales growth and expand market reach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet clients' expectations
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify sales opportunities and potential risks
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to win new business
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team
  • Continuously update sales pipeline and CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-driven mindset
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to analyse market trends and identify sales opportunities
  • A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel when required
