Contract Type: Temp to Perm / Temp (short term and long term available) / Perm
Are you a local, passionate Teaching Assistant looking to add value to local schools?
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistant to join local schools within the West Sussex area.
We are looking for a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant with prior experience who is looking to work for reputable, local schools. Most of our roles will be working 8.30am to 3.30pm.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering and planning engaging lessons
- Monitoring student progress
- Providing support, both 1:1 and small groups
- Working with age groups across varying years
Requirements:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Prior experience working in both 1:2 and small group settings
- Excellent communication skills
- A brilliant team player
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Strong values with the commitment to provide support to all students
