We are seeking a Store Assistant for a well-known supermarket chain based in Tanbridge Retail Park. This temporary position starts on the 9th of December and may extend beyond the Christmas period. The role involves working on the shop floor, sorting stock, and operating tills.
Day-to-day of the role:- Sorting and organising stock on the shop floor to ensure a tidy and accessible shopping environment.
- Operating tills efficiently to manage customer checkouts smoothly and professionally.
- Assisting customers with queries and providing excellent customer service.
- Restocking shelves to ensure all products are available for customers.
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the store environment.
- No previous experience required; full training will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
