Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and enrichment opportunities.
Provide constructive feedback to students and parents to support academic growth and development.

Requirements:

Experience supporting SEN students, with a passion for student-centred learning.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to the changing needs of education and embrace new technologies.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
