The Role: Vehicle Technician

The Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18:00 (No weekends)

Location: Storrington

Salary: £34,000 - £54,000 (Depending on what level qualification)

Job role

  • Inspecting vehicles and diagnosing any required work
  • Discussing required repairs with customers where applicable
  • Always Liaising with Office Manager during work process
  • Repairing or replacing components as required where permission is granted
  • Road testing vehicles to test repair work
  • Performing service checks
  • Performing vehicle maintenance tasks, such as changing oil and air filters, as required
  • Cleaning and maintaining the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety
  • Ability to work within a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Have the flexibility to work all makes and models of vehicles

Candidate requirements:

  • Must have own Tools
  • Own Transport
  • Full Drivers Licence
  • Level 2 or 3 Qualified. Master tech would need to provide evidence of Master Tech qualification
  • MOT licence not essential but would be a bonus
  • Own appropriate work boots and work trousers/shorts
