Our client, a prominent name in the aerospace sector, is currently seeking a Shipping Admin on a contract basis to join their team. This role is designed to cover administrative tasks in the shipping department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing basic administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and maintaining spreadsheets
- Managing and organising shipping documents
- Assisting in day-to-day operations of the shipping department
- Communicating effectively with other team members and departments as required
Job Requirements:
- Experience in administrative tasks within a professional setting
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Work Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 10:00 - 14:00
Friday: 08:00 - 12:00
