Scania has an exciting opportunity to join our South East team as Regional Administrator. You will play an important role in our organisation, supporting with all administrative duties and responsibilities throughout the region. Working with five Branch Managers, and the Regional Director to ensure smooth daily operations, across each location (Gatwick, Maidstone, Stansted, South Mimms and Purfleet).
Predominantly based at our Purfleet Branch, the role will require some travel to the five locations, when needed.
In this role you will:
• Provide administrative support to the Regional Director and the wider management team (five Branch Managers).• Coordinate meetings and oversee diary management.• Organise and attend regional meetings, recording notes, minutes, and key action points. • Communicate clearly with internal colleagues and external stakeholders. • Plan and prepare documentation and meeting packs, working to set deadlines.
About you:
• Organised – working closely with the Regional Director and Branch Managers to coordinate day to day running of the region. • Diligent – accurately carry out a broad range of administrative duties, with excellent attention to detail. • Team player – working as part of a team, supporting to ensure the region remains organised.• Excellent communicator – able to clearly communicate with customers and internal colleagues via email and over the phone.
