Gecko Travel Recruitment are thrilled to be working exclusively with this rapidly expanding travel business in Essex who are recruiting a Guest Services Executive to join their team on a permanent basis.
As Guest Services Executive you will provide outstanding customer service through the company's multi-channel communication system, including phone, email, and social media. This involves consistently upholding the highest service standards both before and after travel.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing large volumes of email enquiries and handling complex administrative tasks.
The role:
- Delivering exceptional customer service via telephone, email, and social media platforms
- Going above and beyond to exceed guest expectations while effectively managing and resolving customer concerns
- Effectively communicate with Guests in both verbal and written form
- Provide guest communication that upholds the company's standards of promptness and professionalism
- Monitor the Guest Services email inboxes to ensure an average response time is maintained
- Collaborate efficiently with the Guest Services Team to ensure all administrative deadlines are met promptly and accurately
You will have:
- Ability to provide outstanding customer care
- Previous experience managing large volumes of email enquiries
- Excellent telephone communication skills
- Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
Additional Information :
- Salary 22,500 per annum
- Hybrid working model (2 days in the office in Purfleet and 3 days working from home)
- Working hours Mon to Fri (Apply online only)) and Saturdays (Apply online only))
- Must be available to work 1 in 4 Saturdays
