Streamline are currently recruiting on behalf of a company within the recycling industry, seeking a dedicated Trainee Logistics Supervisor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to build a career in logistics while contributing to sustainable waste management.
Location: Purfleet RM15
Salary: £33,000 per annum
Rota: Monday Friday 8:30 18:00, 42.5 hrs week

In this role, youll work closely with the Head of Operations to learn all aspects of logistics within a busy recycling company. Youll gain hands-on experience in route planning, optimisation, and driver support, ensuring smooth daily operations and helping to resolve on-road issues as they arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and optimising routes to ensure efficiency
- Supporting drivers with real-time assistance and debriefing after shifts
- Assisting with recruitment and training of new team members
- Handling parking ticket resolutions and ensuring accurate client data management
Candidate Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a fast-paced logistics environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and spoken English skills
- Resides within a one-hour commute of Purfleet RM15
