**Plant Manager Required** to join a well-established Groundworks Contractor at their site based in Essex.
Our client specialises predominantly in Groundworks, Basements, Temporary works, Substructures and RC Frames across the London and surrounding areas and due to continued growth are now looking for an experienced Plant Manager to join their team.
In this role you will be managing the companies procurement, plant and logistics operations, reporting to the senior management team and with direct reports that include the Yard Foreman, Yard Operative(s) and Plant Fitter(s).
Requirements
- Previous experience manaing Procurement, Plant and Logistics Operations (No O License experiecne or CPC required)
- Commercially minded.
- Excellent communication skills
