Contact Centre Agent£20,000 - £24,000Permanent Position

We're looking for six confident and driven individuals to join our client's contact centre team in Wallington. As the first point of contact, you'll play a vital role in assisting individuals, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless experience. Our client is a well-established charity that has been making a positive difference for years, and you will have the opportunity to contribute to their mission of helping those in need.

Shift Pattern:Four days on, followed by four days off.Shifts across a 24/7 operation, covering Monday to Sunday.

Key Responsibilities:* Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, addressing enquiries efficiently.* Maintain accurate customer records and update systems promptly.* Foster positive relationships with customers and third parties to achieve successful outcomes.* Work collaboratively with team members to drive team success.
