- Preparation of Suitability Reports, for new business & policy amendments.
- Managing and sending out other ad-hoc client documentation.
- Managing and coordinating annual client reviews and dealing with client queries (Telephone and email)
- Ensuring the back-office system is up to date
- Adhering to FCA regulations and internal policies and procedures
- Previous Financial Services experience or PA/EA
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational skills
